bet10s User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and bet10s (hereinafter "bet10s", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bet10s platform accessible at https://bet10s.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. bet10s reserves the right to refuse service to any User at its sole discretion.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

"Account"

The registered user account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive granted by bet10s to a User, subject to the bonus-specific Terms and general Bonus Terms set out herein.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bet10s prior to permitting withdrawals, consistent with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under the operator's license jurisdiction.

"Platform"

The bet10s website at https://bet10s.cam, including all games, betting markets, content, tools and services accessible therein.

"Real Money Play"

Any gameplay, wager or bet placed using funds held in the User's Account balance, as distinct from play using bonus funds only.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum aggregate value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

"Self-Exclusion"

A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests bet10s to restrict or suspend their access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3. Account Eligibility

Registration on and use of the bet10s Platform is strictly conditional upon the User satisfying each of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the law of the operator's license jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. bet10s strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional Restriction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited, restricted or otherwise unlawful. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. Users in Pakistan must independently determine whether accessing this Platform is permissible under applicable local law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Own Account: You must register and operate the Account solely in your own name and for your own personal use. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow third parties to operate your Account.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access Real Money Play features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as requested, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate at the time of registration and you undertake to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time bet10s deems necessary for compliance with AML obligations, Users will be required to submit documentation including:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unaltered copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. All four corners must be visible and the document must not be expired.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document issued within the past three (3) months, bearing your full name and residential address.
• Liveness / Selfie Check: A photograph or short video of you holding your identity document, confirming the Account holder matches the submitted documents.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. bet10s will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify bet10s immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. bet10s may reference payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of those payment institutions, nor do they imply that those providers actively support gambling transactions. Users must verify the current accepted payment methods in the Platform's cashier section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited promptly; however, processing times may vary. Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) are subject to any applicable currency conversion and exchange rate applied by the Platform at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. bet10s reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification documentation and apply processing timeframes as notified in the Platform's cashier section. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible.

bet10s reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms or pending KYC verification.

5.3 Currency

The Platform may support PKR-denominated transactions where applicable. All amounts referenced in promotions or on-screen are subject to the currency setting of your Account. Figures such as "PKR 1,000" or "PKR 25,000" in any promotional material are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed in the specific promotion terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bet10s are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies (as stated in the promotion terms). Placing any single bet in excess of this limit — for example, a bet of PKR 500 when the maximum is PKR 250 — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at bet10s's sole discretion.

6.4 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake value. Table games, live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%, 5% or 0%). The applicable game contribution rates for each promotion are set out in the promotion-specific terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from credit date). Upon expiry, any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited without further notice.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

bet10s actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including (without limitation): low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and syndicated bonus exploitation. Where abuse is identified, bet10s reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings and close the Account.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bet10s Platform agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a related party, agent or nominee.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, or using stolen payment details or identity documents.
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software glitches, mislabelled odds or pricing errors on the Platform.
• Harmful Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward bet10s staff, support agents or other Users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet10s Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall arrangement of the Platform — is the proprietary property of bet10s or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bet10s.

The bet10s name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of bet10s. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the bet10s trademarks or branding in any manner. bet10s is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with PCB, PSL, ICC or any Pakistani government body.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet10s and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages;
• Any loss arising from gambling losses, including losses on sports betting or casino games;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, network issues or circumstances beyond bet10s's reasonable control;
• Acts or omissions of third-party game suppliers, payment processors or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Responsible Gambling

bet10s is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps settable by the User.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session cutoffs after specified periods of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary restriction of Platform access for a defined or indefinite period, requestable via Account settings or support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of session duration and net play balance.

Gambling must be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. If you believe your gambling has become problematic, please use the self-exclusion tool and consider contacting a responsible gambling support organisation relevant to your jurisdiction.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bet10s support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bet10s

bet10s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct;
• Been subject to a self-exclusion request that was subsequently honoured;
• Accessed the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by bet10s for cause, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) may be refunded subject to completion of KYC verification and investigation of the circumstances.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet10s holds its operating licence, as notified to Users from time to time.

In the event of any dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact bet10s customer support to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the formal dispute resolution procedures available under the applicable licence jurisdiction's regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction of residence. Users in Pakistan should note that gambling disputes are governed locally by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. This clause does not constitute legal advice; users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel as appropriate.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet10s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided by email to the registered address on your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
