Responsible Gambling
at bet10s

Gambling is entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a solution to stress. bet10s provides tools, information and support to help every user play safely, within their means and in full control of their own experience.

If gambling is affecting your life or the lives of those around you, please stop playing and seek help.
Responsible gambling support organisations and helplines are available. Self-exclusion can be requested from bet10s at any time — contact our support team via Live Chat. 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling.

Our Commitment

Gambling Should Always Be a Choice, Not a Compulsion

At bet10s, responsible gambling is not a checkbox on a compliance list — it is a core part of how this platform is built and operated. From the moment you register, every feature, every notification and every support interaction is shaped by one principle: you should always be in control of your play, your spending and your time on this platform.

We understand that millions of Pakistani users follow cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and other sports with genuine passion. Betting can be a natural extension of that passion when it remains light, recreational and budget-conscious. The problems only begin when betting shifts from entertainment to something that feels compulsive, stressful or financially damaging.

bet10s provides practical, easy-to-use tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion — as standard features available to every registered user. These are not buried in an obscure settings menu. They are accessible, clearly labelled and designed to be used proactively, not only in a crisis.

18+ Only: The bet10s Platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions. Age is verified as part of our KYC process. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

Platform Tools

Your Responsible Gambling Toolkit

Six integrated tools built into the bet10s platform to help you stay in control of your gambling activity at all times.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the limit period resets. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately. Manage limits in your Account settings at any time.

Loss Limits

Specify the maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a daily, weekly or monthly period — for example, a cap of PKR 5,000 per week across all game types. When your net loss reaches that threshold, further real-money play is suspended for the rest of the limit period. Loss limits reset automatically at the start of each new period.

Session Time Limits

Define the maximum number of minutes or hours you want to spend in a single session. When your session time limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be automatically logged out. You can also set optional mid-session alerts — for example, a pop-up reminder every 30 minutes — to keep you aware of how long you have been playing.

Reality Checks

Periodic on-screen prompts that display your session duration, net balance change and total bets placed since you last logged in. Reality checks are designed to cut through the immersive nature of gaming and give you an objective, factual snapshot of your activity so you can make informed decisions about continuing or stopping.

Cool-Off / Take a Break

Take a structured break from the Platform for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days — without triggering a full self-exclusion. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Promotional communications are suspended. The cool-off takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be shortened once set.

Self-Exclusion

Request voluntary exclusion from the bet10s Platform for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account is locked, all marketing communications cease and re-entry is prevented. To request self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 Live Chat team. Reinstatement after a fixed-term exclusion requires a cooling-off reflection period before access is restored.

Step by Step

How to Set Your Responsible Gambling Controls

Setting limits on bet10s is straightforward and takes less than two minutes. We strongly encourage every user — whether you are a casual cricket bettor in Lahore or a regular live casino player in Karachi — to configure at least one control before your first real-money session.

1
Log In to Your Account

Access the Platform via your desktop or mobile device. All responsible gambling tools are available through your Account dashboard — no need to contact support for most limit-setting functions.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

From your Account menu, select "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection". All available tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off and self-exclusion — are listed on this single screen.

3
Choose Your Limit Type & Amount

Select the tool you want to activate, enter your chosen limit amount or duration (for example, a daily deposit cap of PKR 2,000 or a 60-minute session limit) and confirm your selection. Reductions take effect immediately.

4
Confirm & Save

Review your limit settings on the confirmation screen. Once saved, your limits are active immediately. You will receive an email confirmation to your registered address. Revisit this screen at any time to view, reduce or — after the required cooling-off period — increase your limits.

5
Request Self-Exclusion via Live Chat

If you wish to self-exclude rather than set a temporary limit, contact our 24/7 Live Chat team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Self-Assessment: Is Your Gambling Under Control?

Honestly reflect on each question. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gambling tools above or seek professional support.

1

Do you spend more time or money gambling than you originally planned?

2

Do you gamble to recover losses from a previous session ("chasing losses")?

3

Have you borrowed money, sold belongings or used bill payments to fund gambling?

4

Do you feel anxious, irritable or restless when you are not gambling?

5

Have family members, friends or colleagues expressed concern about your gambling?

6

Do you hide or conceal your gambling activity from people close to you?

7

Has gambling negatively affected your work, studies, relationships or mental health?

8

Do you think about gambling frequently throughout the day, even when doing other things?

This self-assessment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a clinical diagnosis. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a responsible gambling support organisation in your area.

Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself all at once. It typically develops gradually, often alongside life stressors such as financial pressure, relationship difficulties or mental health challenges. Understanding the early warning signs is the most important step toward seeking help before issues become severe.

Whether you are betting on PSL matches from Rawalpindi, following ICC cricket from Islamabad or playing live casino games from Faisalabad — the risks of problem gambling are universal and not connected to any specific game type or amount wagered.

Remember: Problem gambling is a recognised health condition, not a moral failing. People from all walks of life can develop gambling problems. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. bet10s encourages all users to reach out if gambling is causing them any distress.

Regularly spending more than you can afford; using money earmarked for rent, utilities or household expenses; taking loans — formal or informal — to fund gambling; borrowing from family or friends without telling them the money is for betting; selling personal possessions; maxing out credit facilities; or feeling a persistent financial shortfall that you try to resolve by gambling more.

Feeling anxious, irritable, depressed or restless when not gambling; experiencing an inability to stop or cut back despite genuinely trying; gambling to escape emotional pain, stress or boredom; lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend gambling; feeling a powerful urge to gamble again immediately after a loss; pre-occupying your thoughts with upcoming bets even during work, prayer or family time.

Withdrawing from family, friends or social commitments in order to gamble; neglecting responsibilities at home or work; family members expressing worry or frustration about your gambling habits; arguments about money that are rooted in gambling losses; missing important events — such as Eid celebrations, family gatherings or work deadlines — because of gambling activity; feeling isolated or ashamed about the extent of your gambling.

One of the most common and dangerous patterns in problem gambling is "chasing losses" — placing increasingly large bets in an attempt to win back money lost in previous sessions. This cycle almost always leads to larger losses, deeper financial stress and further compulsion. If you recognise this pattern in your own behaviour, please activate a loss limit immediately or contact our support team to request self-exclusion.

Using gambling as a way to manage emotional difficulties — stress, loneliness, financial anxiety, relationship problems or mental health challenges — is a significant risk factor for developing a gambling disorder. Gambling provides temporary distraction but does not address the underlying issue and typically makes financial and emotional situations worse over time. If you are gambling to cope, please speak to a mental health professional or contact a support organisation in your area.

Get Help

Support Resources & How to Seek Help

If you or someone you know needs support with gambling-related problems, the following channels and types of resources may be helpful. Always seek professional or clinical assistance for serious gambling disorders.

bet10s Live Chat

Our 24/7 Live Chat support team can activate responsible gambling tools, process self-exclusion requests and point you toward appropriate external resources immediately. This is the fastest route to platform-level assistance at any time of day.

Mental Health Professionals

Qualified psychologists and psychiatrists in Pakistan — in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities — can provide clinical assessment and therapy for gambling-related disorders. Ask your general physician for a referral or contact a local mental health clinic directly.

Community & Faith Support

Community leaders, mosque counsellors and faith-based support networks can offer guidance and emotional support for individuals and families affected by problem gambling. Many Pakistanis find community-based approaches more accessible and culturally appropriate than formal clinical settings.

National Helplines

Pakistan's mental health helplines — including the Umang helpline at 0317-4288665 and the Rozan Counselling helpline — provide mental health and emotional support services. While not gambling-specific, trained counsellors can provide initial guidance and referrals. Contact details are text-only and not clickable links.

Note on External Resources: The above references to support channels are provided as general guidance only. bet10s does not endorse, operate or take responsibility for any third-party service listed above. Availability, contact details and service scope may change over time. Users are encouraged to independently verify the current availability of any support service. • Consider enabling parental control software on shared devices used by children or teenagers.
  • Keep your Account password confidential — never write it down in an accessible location.

If You Suspect Underage Access

If you believe a minor has accessed or registered on the bet10s Platform using your details or independently, please contact our Live Chat team immediately. We will investigate, suspend the account and take all appropriate action, including escalating to relevant authorities where required.
